College Living Experience in Washington, D.C. provides a unique program that assists college students with special needs, including autism.

“Before I came to CLE, my grades were less than stellar because I struggle with Asperger’s Syndrome. I attended three high schools in four years. Then I found CLE where I could develop socially and academically. My mentors, tutors and instructors listen to me and tailor their approach to my needs. They help me accomplish my individual goals. Now that I have the right resources, I am even more motivated to set goals and work toward them. Now I take up to 16 credit hours a semester and make all A’s and B’s in my classes.” -- Brittany, CLE student
