CLE is near the new Rockville Town Center, a mixed-use retail, residential and business center serving Rockville’s 58,000 residents. Montgomery College is three bus stops from CLE, and adjacent to the apartments where CLE students live, encouraging independent living. Public transportation is available nearby, while major international airports are within driving distance of CLE.

Residence Features
The Scarborough Square Apartments offer convenient access to public transportation, shopping, Montgomery College and CLE. A resident advisor lives in the apartment complex to provide additional support for students to acquire social skills during their college program. The apartments feature a swimming pool and barbecue area for residents to enjoy during Rockville’s beautiful summer and fall seasons. Most everything a student could need is accessible within 15 minutes of the apartments, encouraging and supporting independent living for students with special needs.
